We manufacture bar turning part for tranmission automotive:

  • Bronze, peek (glass and carbon fiber filled) bearings
  • Armatures (moving cores) in silicon iron with or without chemical nickel coatings
  • Pistons in anodized aluminum
  • Aluminum plugs
  • Flux core made of annealed steel with lapping and nitriding operations to obtain a white layer for better sliding
  • Armatures with or without electroless nickel coatings assembled with the Rod
