The company’s performance is based on human skills and resource management.
Recruitment is carried out based upon rigorous criteria such as technical skills and human behaviour, and all recruits are given personalised support when they take up their positions.
The company keeps a close watch on the development of skills and on retaining its employees’ loyalty (internal and external training courses, vocational training contracts, jobs and skills planning, etc.); it offers an environment, methods and resources all of which are in line with the demand for quality.
It allows the integration of disabled workers and makes the most of job share schemes via an employers’ group.
